Ashby is seeking a Support Operations Specialist to build and scale the operational foundation of its growing Support organization. You'll partner with the Support Systems Engineer and leadership to ensure tooling, workflows, and operational infrastructure enable the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
In this role, you'll own the operational side of Support systems—configuring workflows, improving data reliability, and identifying opportunities to reduce friction and manual work. You'll work across Support, Systems, Analytics, RevOps, and other teams to translate operational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities include: administering and improving Support systems and workflows (QA, coaching, reporting, workforce management); ensuring operational data accuracy and reliability; owning projects from problem definition through implementation and adoption; creating documentation and establishing best practices; and driving change management across technical and non-technical teams.
You should have experience in Support Operations, Customer Experience Operations, Business Operations, or Systems Administration. You're comfortable with support tooling (ticketing systems, knowledge bases, QA platforms, CRM systems), have improved workflows and processes that made teams more effective, and naturally notice inefficiencies and build scalable solutions. You work well with data and metrics, partner effectively with technical teams, can independently drive ambiguous projects, and thrive at the intersection of people, process, and technology.
Ashby is a Series D-funded (July 2025, $50M) talent management platform serving nearly 5,000 customers including Shopify, Snowflake, and OpenAI.
