As a Support Engineer, you will be a critical member of the frontline support team, responsible for maintaining production data pipelines, monitoring system health, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. You'll work with a strong data engineering background to support both internal workflows and customer-facing systems.
Key responsibilities include: monitoring and maintaining data pipelines that power data science workflows; proactively identifying and resolving production issues; communicating delays or problems to stakeholders and customers; maintaining accurate records of production activities, schedules, bugs, and project status; coordinating across Data, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure timely task completion; providing frontline technical support to end-users experiencing issues with the Fetcherr platform; troubleshooting and delivering effective solutions to maintain optimal user experience; and collaborating with R&D and product management teams to resolve customer issues.
The role is shift-based, requiring 5 days per week across the full week including weekends, with weekday off-days when shifts fall on weekends. You'll work day, evening, and night shifts.
