E2B is a Series A startup with $37M in funding and 8-figure revenue, building the Agent Cloud infrastructure powering AI labs and widely-used consumer and enterprise agents including Manus, Genspark, Lindy, Groq, and Artificial Analysis. The team includes original authors of Firecracker (AWS microVM technology) and alumni from Cognition, JetBrains, Zapier, and Wish.
In this role, you will own technical support for engineering teams and enterprise customers building AI agents. You'll handle the full lifecycle of support threads—from first reply to resolution—debugging issues across E2B's SDKs (Python, JS/TS), CLI, API, and platform infrastructure using logs, traces, and metrics. You'll reproduce problems against live E2B systems and turn them into actionable bug reports for engineering. Beyond reactive support, you'll handle account operations (limits, beta access, billing, usage questions), improve documentation when customers get stuck, and build support tooling and automations for the team's AI agent harness to increase efficiency without proportional headcount growth. You'll also serve as a voice for customer needs, bringing feature requests and pain points back to product and engineering.
The support team is small and Europe-based; you'll own the queue during European hours and hand off to the US team. Much of the work flows through the team's own AI agent harness—you'll decide what is true, what goes out, and what needs to change to prevent repeat questions.
You should be curious about AI (following new models, agent frameworks, coding agents), comfortable with rapid change, and already using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in your work. You own problems until resolved and ask for help early when stuck. Clear, warm, and accurate written English is essential, along with the honesty to say "I don't know yet, here is what I'm checking."
REQUIREMENTS:
• Comfortable on Linux and the command line; able to read logs to identify failures
• Can read and write Python or TypeScript/JavaScript to reproduce bugs
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, HTTP, ports) and understanding of how containers or VMs run
• Experience in technical support or another developer-facing role
• You learn fast and pick up new SDKs, tools, and concepts in days
• You follow AI developments out of genuine curiosity
• You are comfortable when product, processes, and tools change frequently
BONUS:
• Experience at a hosting or cloud provider
• Go, Firecracker, KVM, Kubernetes, or Nomad experience
• Observability tooling (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Prometheus)
• Technical documentation or open-source contributions
• Czech or Slovak language skills (not required; all customer communication is in English)
