- Building and managing your own pipeline of supplier relationships from initial outreach through signed agreement
- Negotiating commercial agreements covering pricing, reserved capacity, SLAs, payment schedules, deposits, and contract terms

- Partnering with Sales and Finance to align supplier agreements with customer demand while maintaining healthy marketplace economics
- Working with Legal to ensure supplier contracts reflect negotiated terms
- Maintaining visibility into market pricing, supplier availability, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics in the AI infrastructure ecosystem
- Representing Hyperbolic at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen relationships within the GPU infrastructure community
- Developing scalable processes and best practices as the company expands its global supply network
You should have approximately 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, supply, sales, or commercial roles within cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology. Experience negotiating commercial agreements involving infrastructure, cloud services, hosting, colocation, or GPUs is essential. You'll need strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, ability to evaluate deal economics and pricing structures, and comfort reviewing commercial contract language including SLAs and payment terms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously, and excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and direct exposure to leadership.
