Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 / annual

The Supply Planning Analyst role reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain and owns end-to-end supply planning operations. This is a key liaison position between Supply Chain and Finance, responsible for building and validating demand forecasts on a recurring cadence, translating forecasts into replenishment and inventory deployment plans across the company's expanding warehouse network, and supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Key responsibilities include: - Serving as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Finance to build, validate, and reconcile demand forecasts - Owning supply planning across the warehouse network, balancing service levels with inventory efficiency - Supporting planning and inventory strategy, including stocking levels and network flow optimization - Supporting the S&OP process to align Supply Chain, Finance, and third-party fulfillment partners - Identifying and driving cross-functional projects to improve forecast accuracy and planning processes - Generating recurring and ad-hoc reports for Finance and senior leadership - Monitoring forecast accuracy, inventory health, and supplier lead times - Maintaining data integrity across ERP and planning tools The role is hybrid based in the NYC office. Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related field - High proficiency in Excel with experience building demand forecast and inventory planning models from large datasets - Effective cross-functional communicator able to partner with Finance and present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong business acumen and understanding of demand forecasting, S&OP, inventory management, replenishment planning, safety stock strategy, and fulfillment operations - Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - Meticulous attention to detail - Ability to travel as needed - Experience with demand planning tools (such as Netstock) or ERP systems (such as Netsuite) preferred; multi-warehouse or network planning experience a plus - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the company is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas
