Hisense USA is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to join their operations team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role is responsible for managing demand planning, production scheduling, and supply chain coordination across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Input demand forecasts into the rolling plan system accurately and on time
- Monitor daily factory production and shipping status to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage incoming inventory plans and production schedules
- Lead the compilation and analysis of monthly 13+9 rolling forecasts
- Control abnormal inventory levels and manage overstock materials
- Coordinate across functions to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and production
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management. You should be highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights.
Technical proficiency is essential: advanced Excel skills are required, and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is highly valued. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are critical, as you'll coordinate across production, logistics, and demand planning teams.
English proficiency (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are a plus. You should demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and a continuous improvement mindset.
