Claru, a Reka business line, is building a two-sided marketplace that connects frontier AI labs and robotics companies with real-world training data. The company has grown from zero to seven figures ARR in under six months with a five-person team. As Supply Lead, you will own the supply side of this marketplace, building and scaling a portfolio of partner businesses across diverse environments (event venues, retail, construction, agriculture, hotels, warehousing) who capture work they already do on shift.
Your core responsibilities include: recruiting and retaining partner businesses through direct conversation and relationship management; growing the contributor base while expanding into new geographies; owning the geo rate card to ensure engagements are priced defensibly by market and project type; forecasting capacity to commit against program delivery timelines; managing contributor experience through onboarding, payments, and support; and partnering with the platform team to build self-serve tooling.
A typical day involves managing existing partner relationships, resolving operational issues (like payment delays), providing capacity forecasts to program leads, and opening new business conversations. You'll operate in a fast-moving, AI-native environment where automation and systems scale faster than headcount.
