Blue Bottle Coffee is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join the Korea team, based in Seoul and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. This is a highly integrated role requiring collaboration across Cafe, E-commerce, and CPG channels to ensure operational excellence and expand Blue Bottle's ability to deliver coffee experiences nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Collaboration: Manage new product launches and global events, overseeing both imported and domestic items aligned with channel launch plans. Lead import feasibility assessments, manage NPD order history, and maintain comprehensive readiness checklists covering labeling, documentation, and communication. Engage in package development to support channel growth and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
Trading: Facilitate import/export operations to support global collaboration and channel-specific requirements, including key global events, from a logistics perspective.
Inventory & Cost Management: Perform and support closing processes, including spend closing and inventory reconciliation. Oversee domestic inventory management and conduct spending analysis to ensure cost savings and effective contract management.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management (trading, 3PL, product collaboration, etc.). Candidates with less than 3 years of experience may be considered if they have import-related experience; such candidates may be hired at an Associate level.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills
- Business-level fluency in English (verbal and written) and native Korean proficiency
- Comprehensive understanding of diverse supply chain models (OEM, 3PL, Direct Sourcing) highly desirable
- FMCG or retail industry experience highly preferred
