Meter builds vertically integrated networking hardware and software. As Supply Chain Manager based in Taiwan, you will own end-to-end supply execution across manufacturing partners and suppliers, reporting to the Head of Hardware Business Operations.
You will manage material and capacity planning, factory commitments, supplier escalations, and pricebook management. Your responsibilities include verifying material readiness by reconciling BOM demand, inventory, purchase orders, and supplier confirmations; validating JDM clear-to-build plans and order timing. You will manage factory and supplier commitments by aligning build schedules, shipment dates, sub-tier capacity, and production priorities with company requirements.
You will manage material exposure by recommending strategic buffers with replenishment triggers and cash exposure, executing approved buys, and tracking excess or obsolete material. You will lead vendor escalations by working directly with JDMs, mechanical and PCB suppliers, component vendors, and distributors across Asia to secure recovery actions for shortages and capacity constraints.
You will establish the operating cadence by running weekly supply reviews and supplier visits, keeping demand, inventory, order, and recovery data accurate and decisions visible to US teams. You will own pricebook integrity by maintaining approved component and product BOM prices, revisions, effective dates, and quote sources; reconciling JDM and purchase prices; and resolving variances before commitments.
You will implement cost improvements by running quarterly pricebook reviews and implementing approved changes, partnering with Sourcing on cost reductions and terms (while Sourcing retains commercial negotiations), and accepting sustaining execution at NPI handoff.
You will work cross-functionally with JDMs, Planning, Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, and the supplier network.

- Experience maintaining pricebooks, validating quotes and purchase prices, and managing inventory and material liabilities; ability to explain delivery, cost, and cash tradeoffs clearly
- Effective communication with Taiwan partners and US-based teams in Mandarin and English
