ARX Robotics is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to own end-to-end supply chain operations for Europe's leading autonomous ground systems company. This senior leadership role reports directly to senior management and is critical to enabling hardware delivery in a fast-scaling defense-tech environment.
You will own the complete supply chain function across demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and delivery. Key responsibilities include: consolidating component demand and placing orders with European suppliers; serving as primary contact with European suppliers to communicate requirements, resolve delays, and maintain order transparency; managing cross-border supply issues including customs coordination and documentation flow; identifying and managing Ukrainian suppliers for locally procured items; owning purchase order lifecycle management from accuracy through delivery and reconciliation; organizing and running warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, parts issuance, and stock accuracy; building reorder and forecasting logic based on component complexity, supplier lead times, and usage frequency; and establishing standard operating procedures for procurement and warehouse processes as the function scales.
You bring 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or procurement experience, ideally with manufacturing, hardware, or international supplier background. You have direct experience communicating with international partners or headquarters, familiarity with cross-border and customs processes (or ability to learn quickly), strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping, comfort working independently in fast-changing environments, and Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) for clear communication with European partners and headquarters.
