- Managing day-to-day warehouse activity including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensuring health and safety compliance in the warehouse
The role operates in cycles with periods of rapid scale-up for new retailer rollouts followed by quieter maintenance periods. You will be the go-to person for an accurate picture of UK stock and logistics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination
- Experience with stock control and inventory management with strong focus on accuracy
- Experience booking and tracking shipments and working with couriers or hauliers
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory systems; comfortable keeping detailed records
- Technical aptitude and interest in troubleshooting hardware
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to juggle priorities as volume fluctuates
- Clear written and verbal communication, including with suppliers and international colleagues
- Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work, including moving equipment safely
- Full valid UK driving licence
Nice to have: Experience with import/export paperwork or customs processes, returns management or reverse logistics, hardware repair, or background in retail technology, electronics, or field-service businesses.
