Supercritical is building the connective infrastructure for the carbon removal market. The company has facilitated nearly 2 million tonnes of carbon removal for 200+ corporate buyers and delivered over 300,000 tonnes with zero missed retirements. The world needs to remove roughly 10 billion tonnes of CO₂ annually by 2050, and Supercritical is scaling the supply side of this emerging trillion-dollar market. As Supply Account Manager, you will own Supercritical's relationships with every contracted supplier globally—exclusive and non-exclusive projects, offtake partners, and early-stage projects in the Supply Development Programme. You are the single point of contact for each supplier through onboarding, development, delivery, review, and renewal. You will build relationships strong enough to handle conversations from new deals to missed milestones. Key responsibilities include: • Supplier Relationships: Own the relationship lifecycle for every signed supplier, from onboarding through renewal or exit. Engage stakeholders up to founder and CEO level. • Account Management: Own contract terms and be accountable for supplier delivery against milestones. Run quarterly business reviews and annual reviews by supplier tier. Track NPS and performance KPIs. • Supplier Workflow Management: Own supplier workflows across the lifecycle, including credit retirement, risk registers, compliance records, and supplier ratings. Confirm readiness for allocation. • Project Development: Guide new projects through the Supply Development Programme, owning development plans and managing internal and external stakeholders through launch. • Systems & Process: Maintain HubSpot as the single source of truth. Help shape automated workflows so routine updates move without manual chasing, freeing your time for high-value relationships. You will be the first to know when something slips and will ensure the right people hear about it fast. You hold accountability for delivery against contracted milestones and maintain each supplier's risk and compliance record so the sales team always knows what is ready to allocate. The role is hybrid-first with a London office at Work.life Old Street. You will work with a team driven by the "14,000x mindset": ownership mentality, moving fast, radiating positive energy, and communicating proactively. The company is building a brave, mission-driven culture focused on solving the world's most important problem. Requirements: • 3–5 years of proven account management experience, including managing international stakeholders and projects across different countries and time zones. • Demonstrated ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders, delivering difficult messages directly and following through on commitments. • Systems thinking: experience setting up CRM processes and automated workflows (HubSpot experience is a plus). You instinctively look for ways to make processes run without manual chasing. • Commercial acumen: comfortable discussing pipeline, contracts, and delivery. Able to build clear, data-backed cases for supplier growth. • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. Able to hold a portfolio of accounts, contract terms, and delivery dates in mind simultaneously and spot problems early. • Start-up or scale-up experience. You understand the day-to-day reality of early-stage companies, ramp up quickly, and enjoy defining how things should be done rather than inheriting a playbook. • Experience in carbon removal, climate, agriculture, or commodity supply chains is a bonus, not a requirement. The company does not offer UK work sponsorship at this stage. Candidates outside the UK who are not relocating but are within 3 hours of GMT/BST timezone and willing to travel to London quarterly may apply under an Employer of Record arrangement.
