Monday.com is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join its Professional Services team. This role owns the complete lifecycle of strategic services engagements—from initial discovery conversations about AI capabilities through delivery and value realization. You will lead discovery sessions with enterprise executives and process owners to build deployment strategies, identifying which departments, workflows, and use cases should move to intelligent, agent-driven execution on the monday AI work platform. Key responsibilities include translating strategy into scoped and priced services engagements, handling packaging, effort estimation, and proposal authorship. You will support the sales process alongside Account Owners, articulating the path from current state to AI in production for both technical and executive stakeholders. You will define work clearly for delivery teams, capturing outcomes, estimates, and solution architecture, then oversee forward-deployed consultants and engineers executing the work. You own timeline, budget, quality, risk, and commercial administration across engagements—running one-time projects directly and overseeing ongoing ones. You will define work plans with customers on ongoing engagements, deciding which AI use cases to build next and in what sequence. Critically, you own AI value realization, tracking consumption against agreed plans and diagnosing adoption gaps or unbuilt workflows that hold back results. You will identify and support next-outcome opportunities within accounts, driving additional services to deliver them as new use cases emerge. You communicate status, risk, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, manage escalations, and surface account risk and expansion signals to Account Owners. Finally, you feed the practice from the field, contributing patterns, estimation inputs, and playbooks that accelerate future AI deployments. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Tel Aviv office, with up to 20% travel. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 5 years of professional services experience in delivery management, engagement management, or technical program management, with significant time delivering successful strategic outcomes to enterprise customers - Experience in B2B SaaS scoping and delivering software implementation, transformation, or managed services engagements in complex enterprise environments, using industry-standard work management, project management, or CRM platforms - Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI tools and strong understanding of how AI changes work execution - Commercial acumen to scope, price, and support services sales (not just delivery), including effort estimation and statement of work authorship - Experience with consumption-based or usage-based commercial models and holding customers accountable to agreed value (strong plus) - Track record leading technical and non-technical delivery teams through influence - Technical fluency sufficient for credibility in architecture conversations and recognizing when deeper expertise is needed; understanding of enterprise data exchange and when goals require software development versus configuration - Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; ability to establish credibility with executives, articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences, and frame business outcomes for technical ones - Detail-oriented with ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies - Superb written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, empathy, and ability to take initiative and adapt - Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time - BA or BS degree preferred
