GOAT Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at its Atlanta facility. This is a management role overseeing a team of associates and service providers in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment within the authentic sneakers, apparel, and accessories marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and cross-train a team of associates and service providers
- Promote a strong safety culture and healthy work environment
- Oversee inbound, inventory verification, outbound, return, fulfillment, and logistics operations
- Work cross-functionally to resolve operational delays and slippages
- Spearhead continuous improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and reduce costs
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and optimize production methods for peak efficiency
- Monitor expenses and maintain budget discipline
- Collect and analyze operational data and trends to improve handling flow and customer experience
- Set the tone as a calm, positive, focused leader in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with frequent changes
- Maintain knowledge of company goals and execute accordingly

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of cumulative supervisory experience, preferably in logistics management, e-commerce, retail, or similar sector
- Basic understanding of import and export processes
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
- Financial acumen in recording, tracking, and reporting expense control
- Familiarity with warehouse automation technology (conveyor systems, sortation equipment) and ability to leverage it for throughput and efficiency improvements
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical capability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds
- Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet business requirements
