Precision Medicine Group seeks a Supervisor of Business and Competitive Intelligence to lead and coordinate intelligence workflows supporting business growth across Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences divisions.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for commercial teams on intelligence projects. You will provide day-to-day guidance and subject matter expert support to a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality work, consistency, and strong execution. Responsibilities include coordinating and prioritizing daily work across lead qualification, research, and landscape analysis; promoting strong research methods, stakeholder communication, and CRM hygiene; supporting outreach projects to secure new and repeat business from biotech and pharmaceutical companies; liaising with Marketing and Lead Generation teams; maintaining sales, lead generation, and project management systems with high data integrity standards; and contributing to shared guidance for research processes, data accuracy, and documentation standards.
You will also champion best practices, support team onboarding and skill development, and drive continuous improvement across the intelligence function.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the CRO and Specialty Labs market, with a keen understanding of Precision's role in that ecosystem. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating competitive intelligence into actionable business insights.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in marketing, communication, science, business, or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communication, business development, or sales
- Minimum 2 years' experience within an analytical sales support infrastructure
- Direct B2B sales experience in the life sciences industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of lead generation tools and processes
- Keen understanding of the CRO and Specialty Labs market
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel including overnight stays
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct formal presentations to diverse audiences (scientific, sales, marketing teams)
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
