Onebrief builds AI-powered collaboration and workflow software for military planning and operational coordination. As a Partner Engagement Manager, you will serve as the customer's trusted technical partner and primary point of contact between the U.S. Army Europe and Africa command and Onebrief's product and engineering teams.
You will maintain power-user-level fluency in the Onebrief platform, staying current on product updates and translating new releases into practical impact for the customer's specific operational workflows. Your core responsibilities include: clearly communicating user needs to the product team; understanding and leveraging company resources to meet customer goals; leading or supporting operational exercises; observing user behavior to recommend product improvements; identifying gaps between existing directorate workflows and effective Onebrief usage, then driving adoption through hands-on configuration, user coaching, and workflow optimization; coordinating incident response when the product is unavailable or not performing as expected; aligning your team's efforts with fellow Partner Engagement Managers to ensure planning and workflows remain synchronized across commands; and enabling expansion and upsell opportunities to allied and partner nations by instilling the Onebrief value proposition.
You will work in-person at the Grafenwoehr, Germany location, embedded with the customer in an operational environment. This role requires deep understanding of military planning processes, strong technical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate large government organizations. Success means earning the customer's trust and confidence, quickly identifying opportunities within the account, and demonstrating adaptability as priorities shift.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience leading operational planning within a military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters
- Exposure to large staff planning through Professional Military Education or service experience
- Familiarity and experience with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks
- Proven ability to expand business presence within a customer location with emphasis on software or technology solutions
- Experience in customer support (both face-to-face and remote) and capability to respond to incidents coordinating with customers and product engineering teams
- Strong technical skills to master the application, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with customers on technical matters
- Proven ability to navigate large government organizations, solve bureaucratic challenges, and deliver successful outcomes
- Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to access DOD facilities and installations
