Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 / annual

EliseAI is an AI-powered platform improving housing and healthcare by integrating AI agents into existing workflows. The company recently raised a $250M Series E led by Andreessen Horowitz. The Growth Strategy team is responsible for positioning EliseAI in the market, owning the platform's identity and product positioning, and executing high-leverage growth initiatives. The team operates with startup intensity and founder-level ownership while backed by Series E capital and resources. As a Senior Associate on the Growth Strategy team, you will own high-impact projects end-to-end, taking products from undefined to sharply positioned and building go-to-market programs that drive pipeline and revenue. The role spans positioning and messaging development, customer engagement program design, and go-to-market execution. Key responsibilities include: - Developing positioning and messaging for products and capabilities, translating complex AI functionality into clear value propositions - Analyzing win/loss trends and customer feedback to sharpen value articulation - Designing and building automated customer engagement programs (nurture sequences, onboarding flows, retention campaigns) - Tracking and analyzing engagement performance using data and dashboards - Executing product launches from positioning through delivery, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Customer Success - Creating sales enablement tools (decks, one-pagers, training materials) - Contributing strategic thinking to leadership conversations on growth and market expansion - Attracting top talent to the team You will move fluidly between crafting product narratives and building automated systems to deliver them at scale, between shaping go-to-market strategy and working with data, tooling, and infrastructure. The role requires full ownership from strategy through execution, including technical build where needed. Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, growth, or a generalist role at a high-growth startup - Bias toward action and comfort making decisions with imperfect information - Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute independently - Precision communication (product narratives, decks, executive presentations) - Comfort with both strategic thinking and technical execution - Natural relationship-building across functions with ability to influence without authority - Willingness to work in-office 4 days per week
