Unseenlabs is a European pioneer in maritime surveillance via radio frequency from space, operating a constellation of 23 satellites capable of detecting, geolocating, and characterizing ships emitting radio frequency signals. The company was founded in 2015 in Rennes by three space-passionate brothers and now employs 140 people. In this role, you will oversee the daily organization and functioning of the production team. You will ensure planning, processing, and quality of satellite acquisitions before delivery to clients. You serve as the primary technical interface between the production team, clients, and the commercial department regarding programming requests, feasibility studies, and product delivery. Key responsibilities include: - Daily management of production team activities - Distribution and monitoring of production team on-call duties - Control, optimization, and monitoring of acquisition processing, processing quality, product delivery to clients, and customer support - Interface with commercial teams to translate client requests into orders - First-level customer support - Interface with the planning team - Regular activity reporting - Chairing internal production meetings and meetings with the commercial team The position is based in Cesson-Sévigné (Brittany) as a permanent contract with occasional remote work flexibility. REQUIREMENTS: - Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in GIS/geomatics processing, engineering degree in statistics with geomatics specialization, or Master's in mathematics, statistics, or computer science with geomatics specialization - First experience required in team management/leadership within the geomatics or related technical domain - Technical knowledge of the company's products and services - Geomatics expertise - Statistical analysis methods and tools - Knowledge of electromagnetic and/or maritime domains (preferred) - Understanding of spatial data collection cycles - Quality process application and validation cycles - Proficiency with business tools (Bro Front, GIS software, Hubspot) - Advanced English language proficiency
