Studio Manager

OVME is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and administration of their aesthetic/medical studio location. You will manage all aspects of studio operations, supervise a team of aesthetic practitioners, medical aestheticians, medical assistants, and front desk personnel, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. Key responsibilities include: - Oversee daily studio operations and ensure efficient, effective service delivery to clients - Supervise and mentor studio staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies - Prepare regular reports on studio activities, financial performance, and operational metrics - Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistent high-quality service - Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling to maximize productivity while maintaining excellent patient care - Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical and aesthetic supplies, equipment, and products - Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination between clinical and administrative functions - Conduct regular staff meetings to facilitate communication, address concerns, and provide training and development - Manage client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with timely and satisfactory resolution - Oversee implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and enhance retention - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including health and safety standards, privacy laws, and licensing requirements REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of management experience - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-oriented collaborative team environment - Social media management experience - Ability to function independently with minimal supervision - Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees - Team player mentality with strong sense of ownership and urgency - Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task - Self-starter with passion for learning - Medical CRM/Zenoti experience a plus - Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience preferred
