Wolt is a delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, now part of DoorDash. This role is a Strategy & Operations Manager focused on restaurant growth within the EMEA region, reporting to the Director of EMEA Restaurant Growth. You will own a growth pillar end-to-end, from opportunity sizing through test design to multi-market rollout, with accountability for moving key metrics. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying restaurants customers want but cannot currently access, sizing the demand they would unlock, and partnering with Merchant and Sales teams to prioritize and land them on the platform - Identifying occasions where Wolt is losing share (breakfast, lunch, late night, weekend groups, family meals) and building the consumer proposition, pricing, content, and merchant supply to win them back - Moving headline metrics: restaurant spend per MAU, subtotal per order, units per order, share of customers ordering across multiple dayparts, and availability of desired items - Running the test-and-scale loop with Product, Analytics, and CRM teams: designing clean experiments, reading results honestly, killing what doesn't work, and scaling what does - Operating across many markets simultaneously where local tastes, price points, brands, and maturity differ significantly - Partnering daily with Product, Analytics, CRM, Pricing, and local market teams across both Wolt and Deliveroo This is a highly analytical, highly commercial role sitting at the intersection of Consumer and Merchant strategy. You'll spend significant time on brand selection, menu composition, and pricing strategy alongside consumer-facing app considerations. REQUIREMENTS: - Several years of experience in consumer or marketplace growth, strategy & operations, product operations, category management, or management consulting, including experience leading people or owning a workstream with others delivering into it - Strong analytical skills: ability to size opportunities, design clean tests, and read results objectively - Commercial instinct for consumer behavior and curiosity about consumption patterns across dayparts and occasions - Track record of shipping cross-functionally, especially with Product, Marketing/CRM, and local market teams - Comfort operating across multiple markets with different local tastes, price points, brands, and maturity levels - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex analysis into actionable one-page recommendations for leadership - Fluency with AI tools and ability to integrate them into daily workflow - Genuine enjoyment of ambiguous, hard-to-crack growth problems without existing playbooks
