This Strategy & Operations Manager role is based in Indore and focuses on scaling Revolut's crypto products while ensuring full regulatory compliance. You will own key operational processes for crypto offerings and be at the forefront of crypto adoption in Europe, delivering financial innovation through sound operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and optimizing key operational processes for crypto products
- Leading new initiatives from concept through execution, collaborating across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury teams
- Designing scalable, resilient processes that meet compliance and regulatory standards across multiple regions
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders (crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, custodians)
- Monitoring and improving key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health
- Supporting new market launches and adapting crypto operations to jurisdictional requirements
- Researching market best practices and recommending innovations for the product roadmap
- Working with Product Managers to influence prioritization and customer experience
You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where problem-solving at scale is essential. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Excel or SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems (products, infrastructure, regulatory landscape)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech products
- Exposure to regulated environments, especially in financial services and crypto
