This Strategy & Operations Manager role focuses on scaling crypto products while ensuring full regulatory compliance across European markets. You will own key operational processes for crypto offerings and be at the forefront of crypto adoption in Europe, delivering financial innovation through sound operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own key operational processes for crypto products
- Lead new initiatives from concept through execution, collaborating across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury
- Design scalable, resilient processes that meet compliance and regulatory standards across multiple regions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, and custodians
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health
- Support new market launches and adapt crypto operations to jurisdictional requirements
- Research market best practices and recommend innovations for the product roadmap
- Partner with Product Managers to influence prioritization and customer experience
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Excel or SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems (products, infrastructure, regulatory landscape)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech products
- Exposure to regulated environments, especially in financial services and crypto
