This Strategy & Operations Manager role focuses on crypto products, a critical growth area for Revolut in Europe. You will own key operational processes for crypto offerings while ensuring full regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage operational processes for crypto products end-to-end
- Lead new initiatives from concept through execution, collaborating across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury teams
- Design scalable, resilient processes that meet compliance and regulatory standards across multiple regions
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders including crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, and custodians
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health
- Support new market launches and adapt crypto operations to meet jurisdictional requirements
- Research market best practices and recommend innovations for the product roadmap
- Work with Product Managers to influence prioritization and customer experience
This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, positioning you at the forefront of crypto adoption in Europe.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Excel or SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems (products, infrastructure, regulatory landscape)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech products
- Exposure to regulated environments, particularly in financial services and crypto
