As Strategy & Operations Manager for Crypto, you will own key operational processes for Revolut's crypto products while ensuring full regulatory compliance across multiple European jurisdictions. This role sits at the intersection of rapid crypto adoption and rigorous financial regulation, requiring you to design scalable systems that support both innovation and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end operational processes for crypto products
- Leading cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury teams
- Designing resilient, compliant processes that adapt to regional regulatory requirements
- Partnering with external stakeholders (crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, custodians)
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health
- Supporting market launches and jurisdictional adaptations
- Researching market best practices and recommending product roadmap innovations
- Collaborating with Product Managers on prioritization and customer experience
You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where problem-solving at scale is core to the team's mission. The role requires balancing innovation velocity with regulatory rigor—a hallmark of Revolut's approach to fintech.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems (products, infrastructure, regulatory landscape)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Prior experience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech products
- Exposure to regulated environments, particularly financial services and crypto
