The Strategy & Operations Manager (Credit) role is a hands-on position within Revolut's Operations team, which tackles the company's most complex, hard-to-solve business problems. This is not a traditional ops role—you'll be given strategic challenges and expected to create elegant, scalable solutions that support the company's ambitious growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects end-to-end
- Prioritizing projects and setting timelines to reach goals quickly
- Launching credit products in new territories
- Working on projects to improve monetization and retention of existing credit products
- Identifying new features to enhance customer experience
- Operating at a detailed level to support credit teams in delivery
You'll work across the entire business, diving into multiple areas to solve problems for millions of customers globally. The role requires someone who can break down complexity, take ownership of large initiatives, and drive results in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Requirements:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R; comfort working with data
- Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Ability to decompose complex problems into smaller, manageable components
- Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact
- Interest in the financial industry
