Turing is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Frontier Data Operations team. The company accelerates superintelligence by working with frontier AI labs to generate high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and research benchmarks that improve model capabilities in software engineering, enterprise knowledge work, and advanced STEM reasoning. Turing also partners with Fortune 500 enterprises across financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail, automotive, and CPG to build and deploy end-to-end agentic AI systems in mission-critical workflows. In this high-impact, execution-oriented role, you will own strategic initiatives end-to-end—from problem definition and business case development through execution, iteration, and scale. You will define initiative goals, success metrics, expected business impact, and decision frameworks to evaluate progress. You'll develop detailed execution plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and accountability across cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive successful delivery. You'll monitor initiative performance using data and operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously optimize execution. You'll also establish scalable processes and operating mechanisms that improve cross-functional coordination and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal direction. You take ownership of outcomes with a strong bias toward execution and delivering business impact. You enjoy building structure from complexity and can independently drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders. You balance analytical rigor with pragmatism, using data to inform decisions while maintaining execution velocity. You are an effective communicator who can influence stakeholders across technical and business functions, build strong relationships, and collaborate effectively across teams. You are resourceful, adaptable, and willing to dive into operational details whenever needed to ensure success. Required: 5+ years of experience across high-growth startups (preferably at the intersection of technology and operations), with at least 2+ years in management consulting. Demonstrated experience owning and driving complex cross-functional initiatives as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI). Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, Excel, or similar tools to support operational decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. Preferred: Experience in Strategy Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, or other cross-functional operating roles. MBA is a plus.
