As Strategy & Operations Manager based in Zurich, you will be a key stakeholder in day-to-day operations for the Switzerland market. You will build and optimize scalable processes while identifying product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities. Your responsibilities include:
• Acting as a key stakeholder in Switzerland operations, building and optimizing scalable processes
• Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for Revolut
• Searching for new features to provide seamless customer experience
• Overseeing first-line-of-defence functions
• Providing oversight and accountability for outsourced functions
• Executing scaled operations and working with cross-functional teams in Lithuania, London, and other global offices
• Managing critical vendor relationships, building performance tracking systems, developing strategic supply chain partnerships, and negotiating commercial terms
• Monitoring country-specific risk incidents and conduct issues, liaising with service owners to ensure proper controls
• Running support organizations, managing stakeholder relationships, and consistently hitting SLAs
• Creating and maintaining management information to monitor growth metrics and risk incidents
• Coordinating regulatory inspections and providing necessary materials

REQUIREMENTS:
• Top academic credentials from a leading university with a STEM degree
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in financial services or management consulting
• Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations
• Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
• Natural curiosity and willingness to make an impact
