As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be central to Revolut's continued expansion and operational excellence. This role focuses on problem-solving at scale—designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth. You will work on high-impact initiatives across the business, using data-driven insights to solve complex challenges, scale processes, and improve customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth trajectory
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Identifying and prioritizing high-impact projects, setting timelines to achieve goals rapidly
- Exploring and defining new features that enhance the customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and developing performance tracking systems
- Establishing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
You will operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where ownership, analytical rigor, and creative problem-solving are essential. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, and a genuine interest in financial services innovation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top-tier university
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coding with SQL, Python, or R
- Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to decompose complex challenges
- Comfort working with data and deriving insights
- Natural curiosity and drive to make measurable impact
- Interest in or familiarity with the financial services industry
