As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of Revolut's rapid expansion, working on high-impact initiatives that shape how the company operates globally. This role sits within the Operations team, which tackles the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity, designing systems that unlock efficiency and power growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth trajectory
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Identifying and prioritizing high-impact projects, setting timelines to achieve goals quickly
- Exploring and defining new features to enhance the customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and developing performance tracking systems
- Establishing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
You will work cross-functionally across the business, using data-driven insights to solve complex challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for customers. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coding with SQL, Python, or R
- Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
- Comfort working with data and deriving insights
- Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact
- Interest in the financial services industry
