As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be a core problem-solver helping Revolut tackle its toughest challenges at scale. You'll design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth, working on high-impact initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize scalable processes to support rapid business expansion
- Lead and execute end-to-end core infrastructure projects
- Explore and define project priorities for the team
- Set timelines to reach goals efficiently
- Identify and propose new features to enhance customer experience
- Manage critical vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems
- Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms

Requirements:
- 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant field
- 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python, or R
- Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- Ability to deconstruct complex problems and work with data-driven solutions
- Proactive mindset with focus on delivering data-driven impact
- Interest in the financial industry
