RevenueCat is the default monetization platform for mobile apps, processing $12B+ in annual purchase volume and embedded in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps. The company is a remote-first, 150+ person team spread across 25+ countries, backed by Y Combinator and top-tier investors.
You'll join the Business Operations team as Strategy & Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This role sits at the intersection of financial planning, strategic analysis, and operational excellence. You'll own financial forecasting and modeling (revenue, expense, cash flow), lead high-visibility strategic analyses around pricing, go-to-market ROI, and new product launches, and support the operational backbone of RevenueCat's growing embedded finance platform (RC Capital). As you grow, you'll gain exposure to corporate development and investor reporting.
In your first month, you'll ramp on the financial model, key systems (Looker, Salesforce, Stripe), and existing processes while building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Within three months, you'll own a meaningful piece of monthly forecasting and complete your first strategic analysis. By six months, you'll fully own the end-to-end forecasting process and lead independent strategic analyses with minimal oversight. Within a year, you'll be a go-to owner for financial forecasting and strategic analysis, have driven significant process improvements, be a trusted partner across Sales, Product, and Engineering, and support corporate development and board reporting efforts.
You bring 5–7 years of experience, including 2–3 years in a high-growth SaaS startup, ideally with a foundation in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting. You're strong in financial modeling, comfortable building and iterating forecasts from scratch, and analytical by default—you pull and manipulate your own data using Excel, Sheets, SQL, or BI tools like Looker. You're actively learning and applying AI tools to your workflow, can translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses with actionable recommendations, and communicate with a point of view. You operate well cross-functionally, are excited by ambiguity, and have a bias toward action and ownership.
