Apptronik is a Series B human-centered robotics company developing AI-powered humanoid robots (Apollo) to support critical industries including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and beyond. The Strategy & Operations Associate will join the Customer Transformation & Deployments (CTD) team as a high-potential generalist, acting as the analytical problem-solver for the organization's most urgent commercial challenges. You will own a diverse portfolio of analytical work spanning commercial strategy, pricing, deal economics, market expansion, and competitive intelligence. Your core responsibilities include building financial models and fact bases for pricing and ROI analysis, structuring ambiguous business questions into testable hypotheses, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations that directly shape pricing, deal terms, and strategic direction. You will maintain data templates and KPI tracking systems to ensure insights are repeatable and scalable across engagements. The role is explicitly designed as a development opportunity with a clear path to leading a vertical and significant executive exposure. You will rotate across primary and support verticals (reassessed quarterly) to build breadth across healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and strategy domains. You will support transformation-led sales cycles with value sizing and KPI definition, prepare board-ready content, and feed engagement learnings back into playbooks and competitive intelligence. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and can influence without formal authority. You will flex across workstreams based on business priority, own discrete projects end-to-end (such as competitor profiles or healthcare value chain mapping), and connect cross-vertical patterns to sharpen decisions across the team. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–4 years of experience in management consulting (Associate to Senior Associate level), strategy & operations, business operations, finance, or comparable analytical role - First-principles thinker who structures ambiguous problems, builds models from scratch, and pressure-tests assumptions - Strong quantitative skills, including advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency; SQL or BI tools a plus - Ability to produce executive-ready materials and clear recommendations - Exposure to pricing, market sizing, competitive analysis, or customer transformation - Self-starter comfortable switching context and influencing without authority - Interest in healthcare, manufacturing, or logistics a plus; AI/robotics experience a plus but not required
