The Strategy Lead will be a key partner to senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives that shape how Thought Machine grows and operates globally. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on defining corporate and investment strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and translating strategic priorities into business execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading discrete workstreams on high-priority strategic questions such as new product development and market entry, with direct presentation to C-suite and executive leadership
- Owning research and analysis for strategic investments, conducting deep dives into new sectors to inform product and go-to-market priorities
- Building comprehensive unit economics analyses and ROI models to evaluate major strategic bets and support capital allocation decisions
- Serving as connective tissue between Product, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure corporate strategic priorities translate into execution
- Developing and championing Thought Machine's point of view on the future of banking, macro fintech trends, and AI-driven banking paradigms through flagship research papers and executive whitepapers
- Partnering with Marketing and Product teams to design, commission, and execute quantitative and qualitative market research studies, translating proprietary data into compelling industry narratives
