Via is a transportation technology platform transforming public transit systems into smart, data-driven networks. As Strategy Associate for Tenders & Proposals, you'll support Via's expansion across the DACH region by managing the proposal and tender processes that enable partnerships with public transit providers.
Key responsibilities include: scouting and evaluating tender opportunities across Europe, translating relevant tenders, and helping shape which opportunities Via pursues. You'll drive internal review processes for new tenders, partnering with cross-functional teams to make informed go/no-go decisions. You'll lead proposal kickoffs, align stakeholders, and manage end-to-end proposal submissions, coordinating across Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Finance to compile documentation, translations, approvals, and signatures under tight deadlines.
Additionally, you'll own and maintain Via's administrative document library, ensuring critical documents stay current and accessible. You'll manage communications through tender portals during bidding, crafting and distributing responses to bidder questions that strengthen Via's competitive position. You'll also build and maintain a live overview of Via's partnerships and project history, giving teams an accurate, up-to-date picture of every relationship.
You bring at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of juggling multiple moving parts and deadlines. You're naturally organized and detail-oriented, spotting missing pieces before others notice. You're a confident communicator comfortable chasing input and coordinating across teams, even when follow-ups are needed. You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy bringing structure to complexity. Fluency in German and English at near-native or bilingual level is essential.
