You will join the Strategy Team as a Senior Strategy Analyst, serving as the operational backbone that translates long-term vision into measurable execution. This is a high-impact role requiring close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to drive company-wide planning and reporting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the annual planning cycle and quarterly business reviews, building and maintaining company-level target-tracking systems that translate growth roadmaps into operational execution
- Collaborating with Finance to review, refine, and contribute strategic updates and company-wide metrics aligned with strategic objectives
- Supporting AI-assisted workflow integration across the business to improve efficiency in data gathering, reporting, and planning
- Conducting foundational strategy work including competitor tracking, customer research, and qualitative/quantitative analyses to support new strategic initiatives and business cases
- Building and interrogating company metrics and reporting frameworks to surface insights that inform senior leadership decision-making
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, analytical environments and is comfortable presenting complex insights to senior stakeholders. You will be a detail-oriented self-starter who manages multiple concurrent workstreams, approaches problems with structured rigor, and embraces ambiguity.

Requirements:
- Experience in a highly analytical, fast-paced environment, with strong preference for background in top-tier strategy consulting or business operations within high-growth tech
- Proven ability to approach problems in a structured, organized manner and manage processes with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced modeling skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex data into executive-level slides, written briefs, and presentations for senior leadership
- Self-starter who is highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, manages multiple concurrent work streams, and eager to rotate into diverse cross-functional challenges
