Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 / annual
Conduit Health is transforming post-acute care by building the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform that unites ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment for medical equipment and supplies. The company enables case managers and providers to approve patient requests in seconds rather than weeks.
You will join the Office of the CEO as a Strategy and Operations leader, working directly with the CEO to build the organizational infrastructure and people systems for one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in New York.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organizational design and structure: Map the current organization, define clear roles, reporting lines, and decision-making ownership. Build scalable org plans aligned with company growth.
- Performance management: Design and launch the company's first performance review process, including goal-setting, feedback cycles, and career leveling frameworks.
- Talent strategy: Partner with leaders on hiring plans, role definitions, and succession planning. Own and oversee the recruiting engine, manage internal and external recruiters, and personally drive critical searches.
- Headcount and workforce planning: Align hiring with budget and business priorities. Build fair, competitive, and sustainable compensation frameworks.
- Team alignment and operating rhythm: Assess current meeting structures and communication patterns. Design meeting cadences and planning processes that maintain alignment without creating bottlenecks.
- Culture and engagement: Shape practices that preserve company culture while scaling. Create channels to understand employee wellbeing and engagement.
- People infrastructure: Implement essential policies, tools, and systems, prioritizing immediate needs while planning for future requirements.
This role offers direct access to the CEO and outsized impact on company culture, people systems, and organizational operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, strategy & operations, or high-growth startups
- Extremely high ownership, judgment, and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort working directly with senior executives
- Genuine excitement about recruiting, talent development, and organizational building
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with high expectations and significant responsibility
- Comfortable with hybrid work: 3 days/week in NYC office
