Cloudflare is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager to lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives supporting executive programs, strategic events, and business development. This individual contributor role is based in San Francisco and works closely with Cloudflare executives, customers, and teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other departments.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end planning and delivery of Executive Briefing programs, aligning customer objectives with executive participation and desired business outcomes. You will maintain accurate program records, coordinate logistics including registration, catering, gifting, and transportation, and manage vendor relationships to deliver best-in-class executive experiences.
You will develop reusable templates, playbooks, and training materials to improve program quality and scalability. Using feedback and program data, you'll identify improvement opportunities and lead enhancements to the operating model. You'll define and report monthly success metrics, customer insights, and program performance to leadership.
Beyond executive briefings, you will lead cross-functional special projects based on evolving company priorities, develop and manage strategic events from concept through execution and measurement, and support business development initiatives through research, partner evaluation, and business-case development. You'll build scalable processes and tools that improve visibility, accountability, and execution across initiatives.
The role requires 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, business development, strategic events, consulting, or other highly cross-functional roles. You should have strong project management skills, ability to solve problems quickly with minimal guidance, outstanding customer service mentality, and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with event planning, vendor management, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making is valued.
