Lightspeed is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support enterprise and business strategy efforts during a critical multi-year transformation phase. The role focuses on conducting research, analysis, and insight development to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include supporting annual strategic planning and ongoing strategic review cycles; breaking down complex business problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis; building financial models and synthesizing data to support executive-level decisions; developing business cases, plans, and recommendations; collaborating cross-functionally to gather inputs and execute key initiatives; and tracking progress against milestones and targets.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. You should be comfortable structuring ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment, working with data to translate findings into clear insights, and communicating effectively both in writing and verbally. Cross-functional collaboration and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset are essential.
Preferred qualifications include 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or related fields; exposure to structured problem-solving engagements (strategy, operations, or transformation projects); early-career data analysis and business problem-solving experience; and familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environments. Fluency in English as a working language is required.
