Recursion Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage TechBio company, is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end clinical supply operations as the company scales from early exploratory phases into complex, global pivotal trials.
In this role, you will own clinical supply chain strategy for assigned global programs, establishing Phase I/II processes while building infrastructure for large-scale Phase III pivotal trials. You will oversee complex clinical demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, global distribution, logistics, and inventory management as trial footprints expand internationally. Key responsibilities include managing external packaging vendors, CMOs, and trial supply depots; implementing and optimizing IRT/RTSM logic to support flexible, complex trial designs; and building data-driven workflows leveraging AI and advanced tools to optimize forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
You will partner across Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and CMC teams to ensure supply strategies align with accelerating trial milestones and commercial readiness. You will create scalable supply chain tools, SOPs, and proactive risk-mitigation strategies capable of supporting registrational trials, flexible protocols, and uninterrupted patient supply.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Supplies, you will be part of the Development Team—an empowered, execution-minded group of business development and clinical development professionals responsible for translating Recursion's innovative science to patients. You will be a crucial driver in maturing operational capabilities as assets progress toward commercialization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of clinical project management or clinical supply chain management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Direct experience managing clinical supply chain for late-stage (Phase IIb/III) pivotal trials, including scaling manufacturing and packaging strategies
- Deep knowledge of global clinical trial supply operations, country-specific import/export regulations, and complex distribution networks
- Hands-on experience designing and managing IRT/RTSM systems; strong understanding of cGMP/cGCP guidelines and blinded operational protocols
- Proven track record managing contract packaging vendors, global depots, and clinical supply budgets
- Ability to navigate ambiguity of early-phase research while imposing rigor for late-stage development; growth mindset biased toward innovation and continuous improvement
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment
