Salary: USD 150,000 - 300,000 / annual

Roboflow Labs is the company's applied research unit, training open models, building benchmarks grounded in real enterprise use cases, and partnering with frontier labs to deliver training data. As a Strategic Projects Lead on the Frontier Data team, you will own the complete delivery engine behind datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment of data products
- Build and enforce processes that make quality visible, measurable, and consistently maintained
- Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products and requirements
- Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks
- Ensure high-quality output and timely delivery across multiple concurrent engagements

Roboflow is a fully distributed company with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Singapore, and Brazil. Roboflow Labs operates in-person in San Francisco, with full company retreats twice per year.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL (reinforcement learning) workflows
- Outstanding organization, judgment, and communication skills
- Nice to have: exposure to data labeling, annotation operations, evaluations, or ML training data pipelines
