Reducto is an agentic document platform serving leading AI teams with enterprise-grade document workflows. The company has grown 8x YoY, raised over $100M from top-tier investors (a16z, Benchmark, First Round), and partners with companies like Harvey, Vanta, Scale, and FAANG enterprises. The Strategic Projects Lead will serve as the GTM team's highest-leverage operator, owning critical initiatives that lack a clear owner, playbook, or structure. You'll work directly with executive leadership on whatever is most business-critical that quarter—whether a new enterprise motion, data quality program, partnership pilot, or product initiative—and drive it from ambiguous starting point to measurable outcome, then hand it off once it has a permanent home. You'll function as the "CEO" of each project: defining success criteria, pulling in the right people across Engineering, Product, and GTM, building systems and dashboards to track progress, and preparing executive briefings. Core responsibilities include designing 0-to-1 workflows and processes, driving cross-functional execution without formal authority, identifying and automating inefficiencies, and running multiple concurrent projects while context-switching rapidly with incomplete information. Scope will shift weekly based on business priorities. This is an in-person role at Reducto's San Francisco or New York office. The company is early-stage with extraordinary momentum and seeks someone energized by building transformative infrastructure from the ground up. REQUIREMENTS: - 4–8 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or BizOps at SaaS companies - Proven track record of standing up a GTM/RevOps function from scratch or near-zero - Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot (objects, lifecycle stages, automation, routing, permissions) - Comfortable working directly with raw data, building dashboards and tools - Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical rigor; ability to build forecasts trusted by GTM and Finance - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills - Builder mindset with technical chops; fast, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity - Low ego, high ownership; bias toward automation and simplification BONUS: - 2–5 years in high-intensity operational, consulting, banking, or startup 0-to-1 roles - SQL/Python or equivalent data analysis skills - Excellent written and verbal communication for executive briefings - Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally without formal authority - Bias toward speed and action with comfort for scope changes on short notice
