Lido's Operations Unit is undergoing significant transformation: a new company strategy is rolling out, OKR ownership is shifting to the unit, and AI transformation is moving from planning to execution. This role exists to bring structure, pace, and alignment to the most critical operational priorities. You will work closely with Operations leadership and function heads, translating strategic intent into trackable, deliverable outcomes.
You will own end-to-end project management of a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives, driving them from initiation through successful delivery. You'll drive execution of the organization's new strategic narrative across the Operations Unit by structuring workstreams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment between moving parts—while function heads own strategic content, you own delivery. You'll act as the central point of contact between various departments, aligning teams, unblocking dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
You'll support and execute organizational changes, operational workflows, and resource efficiency initiatives. You'll also lead and manage projects focused on integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day operations within the Operations Unit, acting as a genuine advocate and early adopter of AI tools.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple diverse, cross-functional projects simultaneously from conception to completion; driving cross-functional teams toward deadlines with a strong "get things done" mindset; communicating at a senior level and influencing diverse stakeholders; and applying practical awareness of current AI tools and foundational understanding of AI agents to business operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple diverse, cross-functional projects simultaneously from conception to completion
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong "get things done" mindset and ability to drive cross-functional teams toward deadlines
- Outstanding organizational skills coupled with senior-level communication capabilities and demonstrated ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders
- Practical awareness of current AI tools and foundational understanding of AI agents and how they can be applied to business operations
- Experience working in international, fast-paced tech environments; background or strong interest in the cryptocurrency/Web3 space is highly preferred
