DualEntry is an AI-native ERP platform automating accounting workflows from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
You will drive the Technology channel end-to-end, managing a portfolio of ~20 technology and ISV partnerships at steady state (10 mature, actively managed; 10 net-new being opened). The core responsibility is convincing tech partners that building integrations into DualEntry is worth their engineering investment—a product-influencing motion distinct from co-marketing.
Key responsibilities include: owning monthly and weekly partner standups with companies like Ramp and Deel; driving inbound partner attraction; coordinating with the Head of Product and Product Managers to align internal and external engineering teams; representing DualEntry at industry events and running partner-focused events; using ecosystem intelligence tools (Crossbeam, Reveal) to identify co-sell overlap; and managing partner agreements from initial proposal through signature.
Success requires 3–6 years in technology/ISV partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles at B2B SaaS companies. You should have a track record of taking integration partnerships from first conversation to launched, revenue-generating motion, and managing relationship portfolios at scale. You'll need comfort influencing external product roadmaps, negotiating partner terms directly, and operating in high-speed, high-ownership startup environments. Fintech, ERP, or office-of-the-CFO ecosystem experience is a plus, as is an existing network among B2B SaaS integration partners (spend management, billing, payroll, treasury, banking data, CRM, RevOps).
DualEntry offers significant equity ownership, early-stage growth opportunity, direct product influence, and a high-trust, high-expectations environment. Compensation includes base salary £100,000–£160,000, commission £20,000–£40,000 (uncapped), and equity grants £40,000–£65,000. Benefits include private medical insurance, mental health support, fertility support, group life insurance, workplace pension, flexible PTO (28 days), home office support, unlimited AI token usage, AI skills development, learning & development budget, visa sponsorship and relocation support for NYC after 2 years, and regular in-person team meetups.
