Reducto is an agentic document platform serving leading AI teams with enterprise-grade document processing capabilities. The company has achieved 8x YoY revenue growth, partnered with hundreds of organizations including Harvey, Vanta, Scale, and major FAANG companies, and raised over $100M from top-tier investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital. This is a 0-to-1 senior individual contributor role building Reducto's strategic partnerships function from the ground up. There is no existing playbook—you will define and execute the entire partnerships roadmap across cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and frontier model labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar). Core responsibilities include: identifying and prioritizing high-impact partnerships; structuring and negotiating co-sell, marketplace, and product-integration agreements; building internal processes and cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, legal, and GTM teams; defining and tracking success metrics (partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, product adoption); serving as primary executive contact for key partners; and staying ahead of the fast-moving cloud and AI infrastructure landscape to spot emerging opportunities. You'll need a proven track record of building complex partnerships from scratch (not inheriting or maintaining existing ones) with measurable revenue, product, or market impact. Direct experience with hyperscalers or frontier model providers is essential. You thrive in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments, think commercially like a seller (quota experience or revenue-tied BD background preferred), and can align cross-functional stakeholders with executive presence. Strong GTM storytelling and ability to shape compelling partnership narratives are critical. Bonus qualifications: existing relationships at major hyperscalers or frontier labs; background in document processing, AI infrastructure, or developer-facing technical products; quota-carrying sales or partner management experience in enterprise software; or experience building partnerships functions from scratch at early-stage startups. This is an in-person role based in San Francisco. The company moves fast and works hard.
