As Strategic Partnerships Director for Medicaid, you will own the full sales cycle for health plan partnerships, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and deal closure. Your primary responsibility is driving topline revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs).
Key responsibilities include sourcing and managing a robust pipeline of health plan opportunities, navigating complex stakeholder environments with C-suite and VP-level decision makers, developing tailored ROI frameworks and proposals, and analyzing pipeline data to refine go-to-market processes. You will lead sales calls, structure contracts, and travel to industry conferences and in-person meetings (approximately 25% Q1/Q2, 50% Q3/Q4).
You bring 5+ years of enterprise sales, growth, or business development experience, with at least 2 years selling into health plans. You have a demonstrated track record closing complex deals in the $500k–$1M+ ACV range and deep understanding of health plan economics, decision-making structures, and multi-stakeholder navigation. You are energized by autonomy and rapid scaling at growth-stage companies.

You are passionate about improving women's and children's health outcomes in Medicaid and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments at the intersection of healthcare and technology. The role reports to the VP of Medicaid Partnerships and is open to candidates throughout the continental US.
