Suno is the world's fastest-growing consumer entertainment platform and leader in AI music generation. Founded in 2023 by Harvard alumni, the company has grown to 250+ employees and empowered over 100 million people to create original songs. Suno recently raised a $400 million Series D at a $5.4 billion valuation, backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed, IVP, and NVIDIA Ventures. As Strategic Partner Manager for Music Business Development, you will be the primary point of contact for partner inquiries across the deal lifecycle, managing relationships with major music labels and publishing partners (including recent partnerships with WMG and BMG). You'll serve as the bridge between external partners and internal teams, handling questions on product features, reporting, and industry trends. Key responsibilities include: triaging and resolving day-to-day partner issues by coordinating with Legal, Product, and other cross-functional teams; representing Suno in quarterly business reviews and educational sessions with partners; conducting first-pass research on inbound partnership opportunities and assessing fit with the product roadmap; operationalizing signed deals by translating commercial terms into internal workflows; and owning documentation and progress tracking for active agreements. You'll need 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects across business, product, legal, finance, and/or technical teams, ideally with contract, partnership, or deal administration background. Strong understanding of music rights (recorded vs. publishing), digital music ecosystem, content delivery, and how rightsholders interact with DSPs is essential. Excellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to translate legal/commercial contracts into actionable requirements for internal teams are critical. You should be comfortable with tracking tools, CRM systems, and data organization, with strong written and verbal communication skills. This role thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and reports to the Head of Music Business Development.
