Strong judgment around trust, rights, safety, reputation, and AI sensitivities is essential. You should communicate effectively with senior external partners and internal leaders, lead effectively across functions, and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Domestic and occasional international travel should be expected.
