Figma is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to own end-to-end relationships with 3-5 of the company's most strategic technology partners, including large multi-product platform companies in developer tooling, enterprise productivity, and operating system ecosystems. In this role, you will build and maintain living strategies for each partnership, including joint goals, product roadmaps, stakeholder maps, and executive relationship plans. You'll drive alignment across Figma's leadership and cross-functional teams to execute against these plans. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional workstreams with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations and coordinate early access to new platform capabilities, owning commercial fundamentals by aligning internal stakeholders on terms and leading complex contract negotiations, and building go-to-market plans with Marketing and Communications for joint launches and strategic opportunities. You'll prepare and facilitate recurring and ad hoc partner meetings, including executive briefings, to drive alignment and momentum across internal and external stakeholders. You'll also define and track success metrics for each partnership and report impact to BD leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with 5+ years managing large, complex, strategic technology partnerships end-to-end, including strategy setting, commercial negotiation, and executive relationship management. You should have strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with comfort translating between business and technical concepts (APIs, MCP, extensibility platforms). Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills are essential, as is experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, research, operations, and legal teams. Experience with enterprise software, developer tools, or workplace collaboration ecosystems is a plus.
