Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company develops Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that delivers real-time 3D command and control, and brings cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking to military systems.
The Strategic Global Operations team manages product line system and process health, enabling Anduril to design, build, ship, and deploy products at scale. You will serve as the regional operations manager for the US East Coast Product Lines, acting as the voice of the customer back to headquarters operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing US East Coast Product Lines health and ensuring processes and systems support production
- Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments, and Finance teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement process improvements for faster, more accurate hardware procurement, manufacturing, and deployment
- Managing the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, including categorization, prioritization, status tracking, and implementation coordination
- Building dashboards and tracking operational metrics to monitor Product Line health scores; preparing data-driven reports for leadership and refining KPIs
- Documenting process workflows and standard operating procedures, engaging with teams to validate accuracy and effectiveness
- Developing a strategic operations viewpoint to help prioritize which projects merit focus at any given time, understanding different functional priorities
- Gathering data, identifying issues, preparing review materials, and coordinating across regional teams for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Assessing readiness of new regions/countries for expansion, benchmarking performance across regions, and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology, or Finance with focus on Project Management, Operations, and Analytics
- High execution bar with ability to see projects through from conception to tactical completion
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to influence and execute operational decisions
- Product taste and ability to think through business systems requirements; partnership capability with Corporate Technology teams
- Strong process orientation and ability to identify how various operational components connect
- Cross-team communication skills; ability to bridge different parts of the organization and regions
- People-centric approach to solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems
- High ownership and low ego; strong outcome orientation with humility
- Genuine curiosity and creativity; willingness to dive deep into operational process and systems problems
