Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company develops Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that integrates thousands of data streams into a real-time 3D command and control center, bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking to military systems.
The Strategic Global Operations team serves as experts on Product Line system and process health and top-line strategy, enabling Anduril to design, build, ship, and deploy products at scale. You will be responsible for the US East Coast Product Lines, acting as the voice of the customer back to HQ operations teams to ensure the east coast operations are fully supported.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing US East Coast Product Lines health and ensuring processes and systems support production
- Working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments, and Finance teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement processes that improve the ability to buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly and correctly
- Managing the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, categorizing and prioritizing them, tracking status and approvals, and coordinating implementation with product teams
- Building dashboards, tracking operational metrics, monitoring Product Line health scores, and preparing data-driven reports for leadership
- Developing and refining KPI frameworks for impactful reporting to inform strategic decision-making
- Clearly documenting process workflows and standard operating procedures, engaging with broader teams to validate accuracy and effectiveness
- Developing a strategic operations viewpoint and actively participating in decisions about which projects are worth solving at any given time
- Gathering data, identifying issues, preparing review materials, coordinating across regional teams, and tracking action items for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Assessing readiness of new regions and countries for expansion, benchmarking performance across regions, and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology, or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations, and Analytics
- Insanely high execution bar with ability to see projects through from conception to tactical completion
- Strong qualitative and quantitative skill set to create key analyses that influence and execute operational decisions
- Product taste and ability to think through how business systems requirements should be shaped; partnership capability with Corporate Technology teams on workflow conception and testing
- Strong knack for process and ability to identify how various parts of the operation string together
- Excellent cross-team communication skills, bridging different parts of the organization and regions to achieve cross-functional outcomes
- People-centric approach to solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems
- High ownership and low ego with strong outcome orientation and high humility
- Genuine curiosity and creativity; desire to dive deep into operational process and systems problems and think critically to define optimal solutions
